Cash On Delivery (COD) is one of the available payment methods on Peacocks.com.bd. Cash on Delivery is a payment method that lets you pay with Cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. It is simple, secure, convenient, and allows you to review and make sure you are happy with your order before you pay. Currently Peacocks.com.bd is offering Cash On Delivery service all over Bangladesh.

If your order costs over 10000 BDT, to prevent misuse, fraud or fake orders we take 10% of the product price and if your shipping is Outside Dhaka Metropolitan, we take Shipping Charge in advance before processing the order, to make sure you are really interested to receive the order. This amount can be paid in advance by digital payment methods to Peacocks.com.bd’s designated accounts.

Note that you may not be able to pay on delivery if:

Your cart has any virtual product, or similar item;

Your shipping address is located outside Bangladesh;

Cash on delivery is not allowed on your account, based on your past delivery experience.

Important

We only accept Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

As our Delivery Agents do not handle petty cash, we would appreciate that you have the exact amount for payment.

Payment must be made before unsealing an electronic item such as a phone, laptop and etc. Once the seal is broken the item can only be returned if it is damaged, counterfeit and defective or has missing parts.
